Duck liver fat, water, truffle brisure (1.5%) (T. oligospermum, T. melanosporum, truffle juice, salt, flavouring, stabiliser (xanthan gum) and acidulant (citric acid)), salt, dextrose, white pepper, nutmeg, preservative E-250 and antioxidant E-300.
Seasoned duck liver fat, emulsified with a mixture of oligospernum and melanosporum truffles, subjected to a sterilisation heat treatment.
It should be kept in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 24 hours.
Remove the two lids and serve on a plate. It is recommended to refrigerate it for 15 minutes before consuming.
