Duck liver fat, water, almond brittle (6%) (almonds and sugar), Jijona nougat (almonds, honey, sugar and egg albumin), turrón liqueur (22% alcohol vol., almonds and honey), salt, white pepper, nutmeg, conservative E-250 and antioxidant E-300.
Seasoned duck liver fat, emulsified and subjected to a sterilisation heat treatment. It has a layer of caramelised almonds through the middle. Preparation: Remove the two lids and serve on a plate. It is recommended to refrigerate it for 15 minutes before consuming.
