Duck liver fat, orange marmalade (orange (8.8%), sugar, gelling agent: pectins and lemon juice), water, Cointreau (1%), salt, dextrose, white pepper, nutmeg, pectin (thickener E-440ii, stabiliser E-450i, dextrose and acidulant E-341iii), gelling agent E-407, preservative E-250 and antioxidant E-300.

It should be kept in a cool and dry place. Before opening, store in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once opened consume in 24 hours.
