Portion of 60g of Foie Gras of truffled duck

Seasoned fatty duck liver, with 1.5% oligosporum and melanosporum truffle, emulsified and subjected to heat treatment to obtain a product of excellent quality, intense truffle aroma, exquisite flavor and pleasant texture. The portion  is of 60gr. It is ideal for dish presentation  accompanied with toast. Let it cool for about ten minutes before consuming.
