Emulsion of pieces of fatty duck liver with Sichuan pepper, carefully selected by hand, to which the surprising Sichuan pepper is added. This pepper gives foie gras entier transmit a different flavor and sensation in the mouth than usual. Scented with hints of citrus, hints of lemon and a touch of bergamot. This product is presented in a large format of 925g. designed for large meetings or celebrations since we can make ten cuts of approximately 90g from this format. It is a pasteurized product that requires cold between 0 and 4ºC and must be consumed, at most, 48 hours after opening.
