Who we are
Mas Parés, an old manor house from the 14th century, is the first workshop, in Spain approved by the European Union for the production of products derived from duck and goose. It is located in the Girona region of La Selva, in a privileged setting surrounded by oaks, hazelnuts and chestnut trees.
