Bloc of duck foie gras, to which 30% pieces of fatty duck liver are added in the emulsion process, which gives it an impressive appearance when cut and an exceptional flavor on the palate. The 60g portion is ideal for plating and accompanied  with toast. Let cool for about ten minutes before consuming.
