Emulsion of pieces of fatty duck liver, carefully selected by hand, to which 1.5% oligospermum and melanosporum truffles are added. They come vacuum-packed in a cylinder of approximately 10cm, ideal for slicing and preparing appetizers of foie gras enterier on toast. Sensational truffle flavor and aroma.
