Bloc of duck foie gras, to which 30% pieces of fatty duck liver are added in the emulsion process, which gives it an impressive appearance when cut and an exceptional flavor on the palate. Elaborated in a methodican and artisan way, with the best row material.

It comes in a large 925g format. designed for large meetings or gatherings since  ten cuts of approximately 90g can be made. It is a pasteurized product that requires cold between 0 and 4ºC and must be consumed, at most, 48 hours after opening.
