Fatty duck liver emulsified with nougat liqueur from Jijona, and with two layers of caramelized almonds. After the heat treatment, we obtain a product with an exceptional flavor, a true delicacy for Christmas celebrations. The terrine contains 925gr. It is designed for large meetings or celebrations since we can make ten cuts of approximately 90g from this format. It is a pasteurized product that requires cold between 0 and 4ºC and must be consumed, at most, 48 hours after opening.
