Fatty duck liver emulsified with nougat liqueur from Jijona, and with two layers of caramelized almonds elaborated in a very methodical process with the best raw material.
After the heat treatment, we obtain a product with an exceptional flavor, a true delicacy for Christmas celebrations. The terrine contains 925gr. It is designed for large meetings or celebrations since ten cuts of 90 g can be approximately made 90g from this format. It is a pasteurized product that requires cold between 0 and 4ºC and must be consumed, at most, 48 hours after opening.
