Entier made with pieces of fatty duck liver, carefully selected by hand, in a large 925g format. Elaborated with the best raw material and in a very methodical and artisan.
The texture and flavor are extraordinary. This format is designed for large gatherings or meetings since we can make ten cuts of approximately 90g from this format. It is a pasteurized product that requires cold between 0 and 4ºC and must be consumed, at most, 48 hours after opening.
