Seasoned fatty duck liver, emulsified with rum, and with two layers of fig jam. Subjected to heat treatment, to obtain a product of excellent quality, flavor and texture. Undoubtedly one of the iconic products of our company. The terrine contains 925gr. It is designed for large meetings or gatherings since we can make ten cuts of approximately 90g from this format. It is a pasteurized product that requires cold between 0 and 4ºC and must be consumed, at most, 48 hours after opening.
