60g portion of duck liver blok.

Duck  fatty liver seasoned, emulsified and subjected to heat treatment, in order to obtain a product of excellent quality, a delicate flavor and a pleasant texture. The 60 g portion is ideal to serve accompanied with toast. Let it cool for about ten minutes before consuming.
