Mas Parés is located in the heart of the Girona district of La Selva, a old 14th century manor house set in a privileged location for its farms and facilities, surrounded by holm oaks, hazel trees and chestnut trees.  In the successive stages of expansion and remodelling its facilities, the factory and the office building have become fully integrated into the architectural building of the farmhouse and the countryside.

Conservation of the land and biodiversity.

In its environment commitment taken to the extreme, the estate follows its natural rhythm, the tenant farmers taking care of their chores during the day and, as always in the autumn, the hazel and chestnut are harvested.
