The manufacture of the different Mas Parés products is subjected to strict bacteriological and monitored temperature controls. The Mas Parés products are made in the WORKSHOP attached to the company's registered offices and especially equipped for this activity, in independent departments and rooms according to the treatment: cooked, sauces, confits, pre-cut in clean rooms, driers, etc. Qualified personnel care for and prepare the product throughout the entire process. The concept of producing the over eighty duck and goose products is the result of an honourable combination of strong quality orientation, a doubtlessly innovative capacity on a very specific market and unique enterprising perseverance. Proofs of this are the many awards and acknowledgement obtained by Mas Parés: 1990 Silver medal at the International Blind Tasting Held at Alimentaria.
1992 Gold medal for its Block Foie Gras.
2000 Innoval award at the Alimentaria Fair in the category of Meat and By-products. The Mediterranean Harvest Foie Gras gave Mas Parés is third award for research, innovation and quality.
2002 Innoval award at the Alimentaria Fair in the category of Meat and By-products for Jecur Ficatum, the Foie Gras of the Pharaohs.
2002 The Foie Gras of the Pharaohs was selected and nominated by "Distribución y Actualidad", the organisers of the International Food Exhibition Sial and representatives and responsible for the Sial d'Or awards in Paris, as the Sial d'Or in the category of Meat, Poultry and Sausages.
2003 Salsafí d'Or. Award given by "Associació d'Hostaleria de la Selva" for the recognition and prestige obtained by Mas Pares since it was founded in 1978 and in distinction for its professional progress.
2004 Gold medal at the "Great Taste Awards", London, for The Mediterranean Harvest Foie Gras.
2006 Innoval award at the Alimentaria Fair in the category of Meat and By-products for Marine Foie and Duck Gras.
